Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys, and for keeping credentials secure.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you lack the rights to process.
• Do not attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or security controls.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Creem. Quotas and limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
